Each pupil has an account (generally Firstname.SurnameStartingYear e.g. Joe.Bloggs22) and e-mail addresses (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and they will have set their passwords to these accounts, it's the password that's used to login to the computers in school.

This same account name and password (Joe.Bloggs22) is what's used to login to both Edulink and Moodle.

To login to the e-mail accounts you'll need to go here, add @ysgolplasmawr.cymru and use the same password.

This password can only be changed on the schools network (the user must login and press Ctrl+Alt+Del and choose 'Change Password'), if it really needs to be changed outside of school please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. using an e-mail address that matches what we have on our system.

Hwb

Students Hwb credentials are usually reset in year 7 and their details will have been sent to their school e-mail, if they login to their school e-mail and search for 'Manylion Hwb' they should find them, please be sure to check the 'Deleted items' folder!

Please be aware that both Hwb and ysgolplasmawr.cymru accounts are on the Microsoft 365 platform, therefore users should be logged out of one before attempting to login to the other. 
You can either use different browsers for the different accounts or setup profiles within a browser to keep the accounts/cookies separate.
